The Mayor and the City Council are pleased to present the first issue of the municipal bulletin.
Your new newsletter is called " L'écho pierrotin " and will be distributed to all mailboxes in the city. We took the time to prepare this first copy and it is to pay tribute to René BRAMBAN our 1st deceased deputy, that we decided not to change the trombinoscope that was initially planned. The pierrotin echo is free and it costs nothing to the city because it is entirely financed by advertising.
