CNIL – Protection of personal data

Cookies

The site does not use cookies and does not record data concerning Internet users, with the exception of tracers strictly necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested by the user, which are exempt from the collection of the user's prior consent. These tracers are as follows: – cookies "session identifiers", for the duration of a session when connecting a user to his citizen account; – Audience measurement analysis tracers (SPIP).

Newsletter

The e-mail addresses of Internet users who subscribe to the newsletter of the site are used only for this purpose and are not the subject of any communication to third parties. During each registration, a confirmation email is sent to the user concerned, who can then unsubscribe by a link embedded in the email. Internet users have the possibility to unsubscribe by a simple link integrated into each sending of the newsletter of the site. The e-mail addresses of Internet users who subscribe to the newsletter of the site will not be kept beyond the 36 months, without a formal agreement being asked again to the Internet users.

Citizen account

The citizen account is an optional and free service designed to simplify relations between citizens and the community. This service allows an Internet user to benefit from a dedicated personal space in which he will access via the Internet his personal profile, the stock of the steps in progress, the archives of the steps of the current year and the previous year and information concerning the community. The opening of a citizen account is not mandatory to carry out online procedures on the community's website. The citizen account is accessible by an identifier and an access code. The identifier is the citizen's email address. The access code is communicated by e-mail when the account is created. The citizen account is only active after validation of the user by a confirmation link contained in an email sent to the user. The information displayed in the citizen account reflects the information provided by the user when opening the account or modified by himself or the services of the community thereafter. The user of the citizen account can at any time request the termination of his account with the community.

Teleprocedures

The information collected by the community during an online administrative procedure or any other request is not subject to any exploitation or communication to third parties. The information collected is subject to computer processing intended to streamline and facilitate the delivery of administrative services by the community. The recipients of the data are all the services of the city with access rights limited to their fields of competence.

C .N.I.L.

The file of citizen accounts has been declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (C.N.I.L.). Internet users have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them (art. 34 of the law "Informatique et Libertés"). To exercise this right and obtain communication of information concerning it, they must contact the Town Hall of Saint-Pierre. An Internet user may, for legitimate reasons, oppose the computer processing of data concerning him.
