On Thursday, February 16, 2017, Club Med 2 made a one-day stopover in Saint-Pierre.
Refinement, comfort, elegance are the key words of this majestic five-masted sailboat. Eight teak decks, cabins all sea view, Suites bathed in light and overlooking the ocean. It was Club Med 2 that honored our charming bay of Saint-Pierre with its 200 crew members and nearly 400 passengers. To show the importance of such an event for the North Caribbean region, all the Mayors of the neighbouring municipalities made the trip or were represented. The CMT (Martinique Tourism Committee), the PNRM (Regional Natural Park of Martinique) and the City of Saint-Pierre have put the small dishes in the big ones to enhance the welcome and offer excursions to the 400 passengers of this giant sailboat who left enchanted around 5 pm to reach Fort-de-France.
